In order to expand the sales share of Qingling Motors in Belarus market and quickly respond to customers' requirements, Liu Xingguo, Deputy General Manager of Chongqing Norsen Foreign Trade Development Co., Ltd. went to Belarus with Luo Cheng, Deputy Director of Overseas Market Sales of Sales Department of Qingling Motors Co. and Yang Junjie, Overseas Market Service Specialist of Qingling Motors Co. from 14th to 19th of July, 2025 to conduct a 6-day Ltd. in Belarus for 6 days for market research and after-sales service training. The visit was successful, and the customer praised the visit and may have new purchase intention.
The visit was centred on problem solving, frank communication and real user visits. On the first day, Qingling's Engineer Yang convinced the customer with his excellent repairing skills, and the problem that had not been solved for 3 months was solved in less than 3 hours. At the same time, he updated the customer's testing software and trained the customer on hardware disassembly. During the period, we also helped the customer to solve the old problem of burning computer version of an Isuzu car, which won high praise from the customer and the other maintenance personnel.
During this period, Vladimir, the owner of the friendly neighbourhood shop, personally went to the repair point and made aftertreatment improvements on several Qingling cars he had purchased. Took the initiative to visit Ni. Pi. Service Company, listened to their evaluation of our sales of Q3 vehicles with a total mass of 12 tonnes and the improvement of opinions, drove more than 200 kilometres to visit the famous Belarusian Granny Pottery Company, which had purchased 30 sets of Q3 from the customer at one time, the response was good, and the follow-up will keep pace with the times, the purchase of new energy vehicles. We visited YouService Group Company, which was the customer's former big user unit, but in recent years, with the addition of other competitive vehicles from the Chinese side, the company has favoured other low-priced models for the transport of frozen chicken meat.

During the visit, all parties had frank exchanges, involving negotiations on price, warranty, advertising subsidies, maintenance information and other issues. The customer expressed his recognition of Qingling's gradually liberalised attitude towards the overseas market and increased his confidence in expanding the sales market.
Through this visit, certain achievements have been made, the purchase intention from Q2, Q3 certified models, using the existing policy to new energy, TAGA, F-cars, trailers and other directions.
The visit also has shortcomings lies in the lack of some basic information, such as accessories atlas, list of wearing parts, alpine zone configuration, etc., in terms of price and certification of components and competing vehicles and there are gaps and shortcomings.
All parties believe that, with the change of time, the future is still quality-oriented, many poor quality and low price of the competitor vehicles will eventually be eliminated from the game.
