To strengthen team cohesion, alleviate work pressure, and foster camaraderie among employees, NorSen Company organized a four-day, three-night team-building trip to Beihai from March 26 to 29,2026 under the coordination of its Administrative and Human Resources Department. Themed "Spring by the Sea: Uniting Strengths for Shared Growth," the event saw active participation from all staff members who bonded through mountain and coastal experiences while discussing future development strategies.

I. Reflecting on Original Aspirations by Mangrove Banks and Experiencing Daily Life in Overseas Chinese Harbor Streets

On the first day of team-building activities, all employees began their journey at Beihai Golden Bay Mangrove Ecotourism Area. As a nationally protected ecological treasure, the mangroves stand tall with their roots entwined in the tidal flats, their resilient posture defying storms—a perfect embodiment of NorSen Team's corporate ethos of "rooting deep and thriving upward" through collaborative spirit. Strolling along the wooden boardwalk along the sea, the employees not only marveled at the beauty of nature's ecosystem but also gained profound insights into the vital importance of teamwork.

In the evening, everyone proceeded to Qiaogang Folk Street, which blends Vietnamese cuisine with traditional Cantonese Danjia delicacies, exuding a vibrant atmosphere of daily life. While savoring the exquisite dishes, the staff relaxed their minds and bodies, further bridging interpersonal distances and fostering camaraderie.

II. Collaborative Seaweed Harvesting Demonstrates Team Spirit: Island Scenery Enhances Cohesion

On the second and third days of the trip, the team successively participated in an engaging beach exploration activity and a mystery-seeking journey to Weizhou Island.

During the beach exploration activity in Zhuxiang, employees worked in teams, armed with tools, venturing into the tidal flats to search for marine treasures. The atmosphere was lively, with continuous laughter and cheers throughout the event.

Ultimately, Deputy General Manager Yu Wei was awarded the title of "Best Junior Expert in Sea Fishing," while Xiao Zhang from Business Department II, Deputy General Manager Liu Xingguo, and Xiao Tan from Business Department III secured second and third places respectively.

During the frisbee competition, Mr.Yang's thrown frisbee soared high and far, tracing a graceful parabolic trajectory to claim first place; Xiao Zhang from Business Department II followed closely in second place, while Xiao Zhu, a newcomer from Business Department III, secured third place.

Ms.Gui from the Administration Department presented exquisite gifts to the awardees. Participants demonstrated a spirit of teamwork and competitive excellence through engaging competitions.

Subsequently, the group visited the island, exploring attractions such as Crocodile Mountain Scenic Area and the volcanic crater ruins, marveling at nature's extraordinary craftsmanship.

In the evening, everyone gathered at Dishuidan Screen to witness the sunset, capturing this beautiful moment amidst the magnificent sea view.

That evening, the company hosted a grand seafood-themed team-building banquet. All employees raised their glasses in celebration, reminiscing about their journey and expressing gratitude for the company's support, which further strengthened their commitment to working together for mutual success.

III. Recalling the Past at Silver Beach Old Street: Reuniting Strengths for a New Journey

On the final day of the itinerary, employees strolled along Beihai Silver Beach, renowned as the 'First Beach under Heaven,' savoring the delicate sand and gentle waves. They then visited the century-old Beihai Old Street, immersing themselves in the historical and cultural heritage amidst the rustic charm of arcade buildings and the weathered traces of bluestone pathways.

The four-day Beihai team-building journey concluded successfully. This event not only allowed employees to enjoy the mountain and coastal landscapes of Beihai and savor local delicacies, but more importantly, it effectively enhanced communication and trust among team members, significantly strengthening the company's cohesion and centripetal force.
