To warmly celebrate the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC), review the original aspiration for Party membership, foster a strong sense of mission and responsibility, and drive high-quality corporate development through Party building, the Party Branch of our company recently organized all Party members and Party activists to attend a special forum themed on the 105th CPC founding anniversary. The forum was presided over by Yang Guoqing, Secretary of the Party Branch, with several newly submitted Party membership applicants sitting in as non-voting participants.

At the opening of the meeting, Secretary Yang Guoqing delivered an inaugural mobilization speech. He systematically reviewed the glorious century-long struggle of the CPC, elaborated on the core connotation for enterprise Party members in the new era to fulfill duties, live up to their original aspiration and mission on their respective posts. He called on all participants to conduct an in-depth analysis of their work performance and personal shortcomings based on practical work, thoroughly explore practical approaches to integrating Party building with business operations, clarify the direction for future progress, and translate the exemplary vanguard role of Party members into tangible motivation for career endeavors.

During the exchange session, all Party members and activists shared their thoughts, practical work experience, weaknesses and future goals centering on their job responsibilities, creating a vibrant and heated discussion atmosphere.

Liu Lingyun, Manager of Business Department I and Organization Member of the Party Branch, conducted a comprehensive review of work progress covering both business administration and branch organization development. She stated that she would consistently fulfill dual job responsibilities, take the initiative to shoulder tough business tasks, guide young employees with sincere care, and set an exemplary benchmark through personal conduct. Meanwhile, she acknowledged her own inadequacies at work and pledged to further strengthen accountability, and deliver meticulous work in both branch organizational affairs and departmental business in the days ahead.

Yu Wei, Chief Financial Officer and Publicity Member of the Party Branch, shared insights on internal financial control and cross-department collaborative services. She noted that as a core functional department safeguarding corporate operations, the Finance Department adheres to a rigorous and meticulous work style. It proactively engages frontline business teams to interpret relevant policies, provide procedural guidance and conduct risk prevention and control. The department empowers business efficiency and quality improvement via professional financial services and embodies the original aspiration of Party members through down-to-earth duty performance.

Shang Jie, General Assistant of the Commercial Division and a Party activist, conducted a thorough self-examination against the standards for formal Party members, combining insights gained from CPC history studies with her daily work. She expressed that she would always regulate her words and deeds by the stringent standards of full Party members, root herself in her position, deliver solid results, fulfill due obligations, uphold her original aspiration and mission, and fully accomplish all assigned work tasks.

Li Xiaorong, Cashier of the Finance Department and a Party activist, shared reflections from her grassroots financial post. She mentioned that cashier work involves cumbersome yet critical tasks with heavy accountability. In daily routines, she strictly abides by financial rules and regulations, accurately completes fundamental work including capital receipt and payment as well as bill management to provide solid logistical financial support. Addressing her insufficient capacity for coordinating multiple tasks, she vowed to continuously upgrade professional skills, remedy shortcomings, and draw closer to the Party organization with a steadfast and pragmatic work attitude.

Zhang Ruimin, Salesperson of Business Department II and a Party activist, exchanged experiences from frontline business work. She stated that she always commits to thoughtful customer service and coordinates with all departments to advance business implementation, while remaining clear about her weaknesses in sustaining perseverance amid business challenges and professional competence. Moving forward, she will step up business learning and hone practical capabilities, integrate the tenet of serving the people wholeheartedly into customer service and business expansion, and strive to join the Party organization at an early date through tangible work achievements.

At the closing of the forum, Secretary Yang Guoqing delivered a concluding address. He fully recognized the fruitful outcomes of the exchange, commenting that all participants offered thorough self-analysis, profound reflections and clear goals, and accurately identified the convergence and priority points linking Party spirit cultivation with daily work.

He emphasized that the 105th anniversary of the CPC’s founding marks a brand-new starting point for striving forward. At the end of the meeting, Branch Secretary Yang Guoqing presented souvenirs themed on the 105th anniversary of the CPC’s founding to all Party members and activists. These gifts embody both the care of the Party organization and an inspiration, reminding everyone to cherish the warmth from the organization and convert it into motivation for work.
