Deepening exchange and cooperation to realize win-win development

From April 27th to 30th, Yang Fang, Manager of Business Department 3, Tan Lu, Foreign Trade Specialist, and Liu Xueqiang, General Manager of Chongqing SILAOTE, a supplier of our products, flew to Thailand with a four-member delegation for a four-day business visit to the country. The main purpose of this visit is to deepen the relationship with our long-term cooperation with Thai customers, summarize the business results of 2023, and plan for future cooperation, and jointly create a new chapter of cooperation between the two sides.
On April 29th, our group visited our old customer who has been cooperating with us for many years. Mr. PHASAN, the general manager of the company, warmly received our visit and carried out business exchanges with our visiting team. In the process of communication, our excellent service, high quality products and fast delivery speed were highly recognized by our Thai customers. After an all-round evaluation of our company, the customer clearly proposed that he would like to regard us as the general supplier in 2024. Mr. Liu Xueqiang also said that in the future work, we will continue to pay attention to the needs of Thai customers, continuously improve the quality of products, strengthen the intelligent production, ensure on-time delivery, and create more value for the cooperation between the two sides. At the same time, he sent a formal invitation to the customer to visit Chongqing plant, which the customer gladly agreed.
After the exchange meeting, led by the Thai customer, our group made a comprehensive visit to their factory. The factory was neat and orderly, and we were impressed by the strict working attitude and efficient working rhythm of the staff. Through the site visit, we have a more intuitive understanding of the production and operation situation of our Thai customer, which also provides a strong guarantee for the subsequent cooperation. At the factory site, we carefully checked the arrival of our products. Thai customers recognized the quality of our products, but at the same time raised concerns about packaging. In response to this issue, we discussed and put forward an improvement plan on the spot.
At the end of the visit, the Thai customer warmly invited us to taste the local food. During the meal, we talked and laughed, and improved mutual understanding and friendship. As the sun set, the visit came to a successful end. We know that this visit is not only a business investigation, but also a process of enhancing friendship and team building. In the future cooperation, we will create brilliance together with more enthusiasm and more unity and collaboration. (Tan Lu)
